  • Yes. I often coach multiple leaders across the same company, either through individual engagements or as part of a broader leadership or team development initiative. All of our coaching conversations are confidential, and there is value in hearing some of the common challenges that bubble up so they can ideally be addressed at the organization level.

  • Most coaching partnerships start with a 6 month engagement, though I offer shorter intensives and longer programs depending on your goals. We’ll discuss your goals and I’ll recommend an engagement that best supports your growth.
