Meet Jess
Founder, Certified Leadership Coach & Facilitator
I’ve seen what makes (and breaks) great leaders—and I’m here to help you get it right.
After years in the Talent & People function, working closely with leaders at all levels, I know exactly what separates the great ones from the ones we’re backfilling six months later.
The best leaders don’t just achieve results—they unlock the potential in others. They develop their people, attract and retain top talent, and keep teams motivated even through challenging times. Then there are those who never quite figure it out. They struggle to delegate, burn themselves (and their teams) out, and leave a trail of frustration and turnover in their wake.
I’ve seen it all—and I know what works.
My own leadership journey—and what I wish I had known sooner
I was one of those high-growth leaders who kept moving up, taking on more, and figuring it out as I went. No formal coaching, no structured development—just trial, error, and making it work. And I did—I was successful. I built high-performing teams, delivered results, and earned promotions.
Figuring it out on my own came at a cost, including burnout (twice)! Looking back, I see how much faster I could have grown, how many missteps I could have avoided, and how much healthier and better I could have been with the right support.
That realization hit me when I started working with an executive coach. In our first session, I had two thoughts:
1. How have I never done this before?
2. Wait… people actually get paid to do this?
That was my lightbulb moment. Leadership isn’t about muscling through—it’s about adopting the right mindset, learning the right skills, and leveraging the right tools. And I knew I could help others do the same.
Why I do this work
The world is changing faster than ever, and leaders are navigating more uncertainty and complexity than we’ve ever seen. It can be overwhelming, exhausting, and lonely. Yet, you and your team still need to step up—developing people, retaining top talent, and driving the business forward without second-guessing, hand-holding, or cleaning up avoidable mistakes. That takes resilience, strategic thinking, and, let’s be honest, a sense of humor.
I don’t coach from theory—I’ve been in the trenches. I’ve seen what happens when leaders are set up for success—and when they aren’t. My job is to make sure you, or the leaders you support, fall into the first category—so you can focus on the work that actually moves the business forward. I do this all with
Whether you’re a Chief People Officer looking to strengthen your leadership bench or a senior leader ready to level up, I help turn high potential into high performance—so you can stop firefighting and start leading with impact, in a way that feels both authentic and sustainable. I strive to be the coach I wish I had so many years ago!
